A Weekend of Celebrations

Thank you to everyone who helped put together and support our truly extraordinary weekend of celebration, tribute, fundraising, and fun. It's not easy to achieve all of those things tastefully, successfully, and affordably, while staying true to the character and traditions of Temple Sinai.  But we did it!  Most of all, we put together a weekend of events worthy of our rabbis and their 25 years of service.

For those who could not attend our Dinner Gala last night, the winner of our iPad raffle was Tom Cole.  The 50-50 winner was Lester Gerhardt, who graciously returned his share and donated it to the newly created Rabbis’ Appreciation Fund – 25 and Beyond.

The 2011 Volunteer-of-the-Year Award was given to Martha Dexter and the 2011 President’s Mitzvot Award was given to Naomi Tannen.
