Our Services

Temple Sinai is a Reform synagogue, and all are welcome.

Fridays at 6pm:  Shabbat Evening Services begin with a gathering and oneg at 5:30pm, followed by Service at 6:00pm starting with candle lighting and kiddush.

Saturday at 10:30am: Shabbat Morning Services begin with a gathering at 10:15am, followed by Service at 10:30am, and ends with an oneg.

During the school year, Religious School students sometimes help lead class services. When weather permits, outdoor Adirondack Shabbats are offered, including short hikes and picnics. Once a month, we offer a musical and movement B’yachad Service which include our younger members.

Temple Sinai’s New Covid Policy: At the recommendation of our Medical Advisory Board, the Temple Sinai Board of Trustees has amended our Covid policy. The new policy says: Vaccination is strongly recommended for anyone entering the building; Anyone with upper respiratory symptoms should remain at home and join by Zoom. If they choose to attend services in person, they should wear a mask; and A virtual option will be offered for most services.
