During the school year, Religious School students sometimes help lead class services. When weather permits, outdoor Adirondack Shabbats are offered, including short hikes and picnics. Once a month, we offer a musical and movement B’yachad Service which include our younger members. High Holy Day services are held in conjunction with Skidmore College at one of its theatres.
Temple Sinai is a Reform synagogue, and all are welcome.
Temple Sinai’s New Covid Policy: At the recommendation of our Medical Advisory Board, the Temple Sinai Board of Trustees has amended our Covid policy. The new policy says:
- Vaccination is strongly recommended for anyone entering the building.
- Anyone with upper respiratory symptoms should remain at home and join by Zoom. If they choose to attend services in person, they should wear a mask.
- A virtual option will be offered for most services.
