ANNUAL MEETING – May 19

Temple Sinai will hold its Annual Meeting on Thursday May 19, 2016 from 7pm – 8:30pm, for the presentation and vote on the 2016/2017 budget and reelection of three members of the Board of Trustees pursuant to the Temple Sinai Constitution.

Attachments (see below) include the proposed 2015/2016 budget, a list of the current members of the Board of Trustees (including those proposed for reelection) and a proxy form for those unable to attend the meeting. Completed proxy forms allow us to move ahead with the required business of the meeting, without a full quorum personally in attendance. Proxy forms may be mailed, emailed or dropped off at the TS office, prior to the meeting.

In addition to these important and required pieces of business, the meeting will include an overview of the year. We look forward to your attendance at this very important congregational meeting, to share your voice and cast your votes.
