Breakfast to Thank Rabbi Katz

As you are aware, Rabbi Katz’s tenure at Temple Sinai is drawing to a close. His last Shabbat with us is June 15th. It has been both my honor and pleasure to have worked with him this past year, and I hope you will join me in thanking him for all his hard work and service to Temple Sinai on Sunday morning, June 2nd from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for a bagel breakfast.

This year has been more challenging than any of us expected, with upheavals both within our Temple and in Israel. Through it all, he has lead services, Torah study, and Adult Ed classes. He has been there for our religious school students, and for our Board members by attending meetings. He has been there for me personally, and if members of Temple Sinai had a loved one in need of healing, or a question or concern, he has been there for you. He committed wholeheartedly to Temple Sinai this year, and I am very grateful for all he has done for us.

I hope to see you on June 2nd. Please RSVP if you are able to attend. You can sign up here.

Thank you,

Beth Sabo Novik,

President, Board of Trustees Temple Sinai
