Hazon Seal of Sustainability

Temple Sinai is participating in the Hazon Seal of Sustainability!

The Hazon Seal of Sustainability certifies that a Jewish organization is a good world citizen regarding its food and environmental practices, treatment of animals, and impact on climate change. Our participation in this initiative signifies that, along with fifty other Jewish organizations, we are emerging as a national leader in the realm of Jewish sustainability . We are taking substantial steps toward sustainability by convening a Green Team to promote sustainability efforts, auditing our food, facilities, or ecosystem impact, and launching three exciting projects.
